1. Sponsor

Tea Bar, 5516 Northeast 16th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97211 (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor administers this sweepstakes and is solely responsible for it.

2. Promotion partners

Wolf Ceramics, Dry Creek Cabin and Fieldwork Design (the “Promotion Partners”) contribute prize elements and promotional support. They are not the Sponsor, they do not administer this sweepstakes, and they are not responsible for its conduct.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence if greater, as of the start of the entry period.

Employees, officers, directors, members and contractors of the Sponsor and the Promotion Partners, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible.

Void in Rhode Island and void wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry period

The sweepstakes begins on September 18, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on October 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter

There are two required steps. An entry is not complete until both are done.

• Follow @teabar, @wolfceramics, @drycreekcabin and @fieldworkdesign on Instagram

Limit one entry per person and per email address for the entire entry period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means are void, as are entries from any person who attempts to enter more than once.

Alternate method of entry. No Instagram account is required to enter. To enter by mail, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth and the words “Win a Weekend in the Gorge” on a plain card and mail it with sufficient postage to: Tea Bar, Attention Giveaway Entry, 5516 Northeast 16th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97211. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 9, 2026 and received by October 16, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as online entries.

6. Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

7. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 12, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted, within three business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five days of the date the notification is sent.

If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return any required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

8. Prize

One prize will be awarded, consisting of:

• A two night stay for two people at Dry Creek Cabin in White Salmon, Washington, subject to availability and blackout dates
• A thirty day supply of Tea Bar First Flush Okumidori Matcha
• A three hundred dollar gift card to Wolf Ceramics

Approximate retail value of the total prize: $3,000. The prize is awarded as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. No cash equivalent, substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Travel to and from the cabin, meals, gratuities, incidentals and everything else not expressly listed above are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the approximate retail value of the prize exceeds six hundred dollars, the Sponsor will report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service on Form 1099-MISC. The winner must provide a completed Form W-9 with a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is awarded. Failure to do so results in forfeiture.

10. Booking the stay

The cabin stay is subject to availability and must be reserved at least thirty days in advance. Holidays and peak dates may be excluded. The stay must be taken within twelve months of the date the prize is awarded, after which it expires with no compensation.

11. Your information

By entering, you consent to the Sponsor collecting your email address and, for mail-in entries, the information on your card.

Your email address will be shared with the Promotion Partners named in section 2, and each of them may contact you with their own marketing. You may unsubscribe from any of them at any time using the unsubscribe link in their emails. Unsubscribing does not affect your entry.

The Sponsor handles your information in accordance with its privacy policy, available at drinkteabar.com/policies/privacy-policy. Each Promotion Partner handles the information it receives under its own privacy policy and is independently responsible for doing so.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and the Promotion Partners to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state and Instagram handle for advertising and promotional purposes, in any medium, without further notice, permission or compensation.

13. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor, the Promotion Partners, and each of their officers, directors, members, employees and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize.

The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications, for technical failures of any kind, or for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or device related to participation.

The stay at Dry Creek Cabin is subject to the property’s own terms, house rules and any waiver it requires.

14. General conditions

If for any reason the sweepstakes cannot run as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes, and to select the winner from eligible entries received before the action taken.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these rules, or acting in a disruptive manner.

15. Disputes and governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, without resort to any form of class action.

Remedies are limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering, and in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded. You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages.

16. Instagram

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. completely. Any questions, comments or complaints about the sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram.

17. Winner list

For the name of the winner, send an email to info@teabarpdx.com with the subject line “Gorge Giveaway Winner” after October 12, 2026 and before December 12, 2026.
